This position is perfect for developers looking to move into more customer-facing roles—or for anyone who wants to enhance their engineering expertise while directly influencing product adoption and developer satisfaction.

About You

  • You have 3–5 years of experience as a full stack or backend polyglot developer (Go, JS, Python)
  • You’re fluent in English (speaking and writing) and driven by results
  • You have a solid understanding of Auth and IAM
  • You love explaining complex ideas in simple ways
  • You’re curious, enthusiastic about technology, and eager to empower fellow engineers
  • You pay attention to the smallest details, ensuring clarity and accuracy in everything you produce

What you'll do

  • Own the documentation strategy and execution—covering everything from code examples to technical blogs.
  • Deliver technical content—docs, webinars, videos, and talks—to clarify our platform for developers.
  • Engage with customers, free users, and the open-source community, helping them dive into our technology.
  • Create demo projects showcasing real-world use cases, including open-source contributions built on our platform.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and marketing teams to plan and produce engaging content.
  • Manage changelogs and product announcements.
  • Balance your time between writing code (40%), crafting docs and recording demos (40%), and public (online and physical) appearances (20%).
